Gamma-ray sterilization at 20 Kilograys minimum. Sterility of each batch of product verified by an external COFRAC-certified laboratory. - Wipe quality
High quality, non-woven fabric, guaranteed free of inhibiting substances. Once in the laboratory, it enables optimum release of germs in the pre-enrichment phase. - Diluents
Our diluents are manufactured to ISO11133 standards. Different diluents systematically offered with a neutralizing agent adapted to each type of disinfectant. - Bag quality
Our sampling bags are ideally suited for lab blending, and feature easy opening and resealing to ensure sample integrity throughout transport.

This sterile sampling wipe kit for the food and poultry industry consists of four main components:
- The sampling medium: a non-woven sampling wipe
- The diluent and neutralizing agent are formulated according to current standards; consistent volume, calibrated for all kits.
- A 18 x 30 cm sample pouch with metal fastener, with a writing area for sample identification, and with welds tested and validated for use in a grinder.
- Ambidextrous latex-free sterile gloves available as an option

Sampling kits for the food industry:
- The blue color of the wipe and bag allows quick identification of any foreign bodies (unnatural color).
- Non-woven structure resistant to frozen and irregular surfaces
- Flexible which helps when testing in tight spaces
- Product complies with ISO 18593:2008 on horizontal methods for surface sampling.
Sampling kits for poultry farming:
- This product meets the requirements of European and French regulations on Salmonella monitoring plans for poultry farms (Gallus gallus and Turkey).
- Product complies with ISO 13307 standard on sampling techniques – primary production stage.
- Optimum wipe dimensions (minimum 900 cm2)
- Color-coded by Sodibox to easily distinguish between wipes for inspection after cleaning (white) and those for use in production (blue).
