In-process sampling sponge (Metal fastener pouch)

Gamma-ray sterilization by ionization at 20 Kilograys minimum. Sterility of each product batch verified by an external COFRAC-certified laboratory; - Sponge quality
High-quality cellulose sponge suitable for Salmonella testing. Once in the laboratory, the Sodibox sponge ensures optimum release of germs in the pre-enrichment phase. - Diluents
Our diluents are manufactured in compliance with ISO11133 and DGAL technical instructions for carcass inspection in abattoirs. - Bag quality
Our sampling bags are ideally suited for lab blending, and feature easy opening and resealing to ensure sample integrity throughout transport.

Accessories – Gloves
This sterile sponge kit for food processing and poultry farming consists of four main elements:
- Sampling medium: cellulose sampling sponge, dimensions 8 x 4cm, thickness 1.6cm
- Diluent formulated to current standards. Consistent volume calibrated for use with all kits
- A 18 x 30 cm sample bag with metal fastener, with a writing area for sample identification, and with welds tested and validated for use in a grinder.
- Optional ambidextrous, latex-free sterile gloves available

- Product validity guaranteed for up to one year after kit sterilization
- Sampling sponges for the food and poultry industries are supplied with a certificate of analysis and an ionization certificate.
- Sterilization indicator sticker on all cardboard boxes
