In-process sampling wipe (Laser-cut pouch)

Gamma-ray sterilization by ionization at 20 Kilograys minimum. Sterility of each batch of product verified by an external COFRAC-certified laboratory. - Wipe quality
High-quality woven and non-woven fabrics, guaranteed free of inhibiting substances. Once in the laboratory, the Sodibox wipe ensures optimum release of germs in the pre-enrichment phase. - Diluents
Our diluents are manufactured to ISO11133 standards. - Bag quality
Our sampling bags are ideally suited for lab blending, and feature easy opening and resealing to ensure sample integrity throughout transport.

This sampling kit for the food industry consists of four main components:
- Sampling medium: non-woven sampling wipe or woven compress
- Diluent formulated to current standards; consistent volume, calibrated for all kits;
- A laser-cut sampling pouch, with an inscription zone for sample identification and welds tested and validated for use in a grinder
- Repositionable reclosure label available – glue guaranteed for food contact
Product warranty
- Product validity guaranteed for up to one year after kit sterilization
- Sterile non-woven wipes for the food industry are supplied with certificate of analysis and ionization certificate.
