Gamma-ray sterilization by ionization at 20 Kilograys minimum. Sterility of each batch of product verified by an external COFRAC-certified laboratory. - Wipe quality
High quality, non-woven fabric, guaranteed free of inhibiting substances. Once in the laboratory, it enables optimum release of germs in the pre-enrichment phase. - No diluent used
Our kits are designed for testing foodstuffs (fish, cheese rinds, etc.) and are dry in accordance with standard requirements. - Bag quality
Our sampling bags are ideally suited for lab blending, with easy opening and resealing to ensure sample integrity throughout transport.

This sterile wipe kit for food control consists of two main elements:
- Sampling medium: a dry, non-woven blue sampling wipe, in compliance with the normative requirements for testing foodstuffs (fish, cheese, etc.).
- A 18x30cm sample pouch with a metal fastener, with an inscription area for sample identification, and with welds tested and validated for use in a grinder.
