Sodibox has been AFAQ-certified since 2003 for all its 11 processes, from product design to shipment.
As part of our continuous improvement process, customer needs and requirements are communicated to all our employees to guarantee the conformity of the service and products delivered. Every complaint is handled by the entire team, so that everyone is made aware of the issue, including the malfunction cause analysis.
